Minors must be represented by a parent\/legal guardian.<br>You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update it as needed.<br>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any codes\/links sent to you and for all activity under your access.<br><strong>Emergencies:<\/strong> The Services are <strong>not<\/strong> for medical emergencies. If you need emergency care, call local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.<br><br>3) Scope of services<br><strong>Appointments:<\/strong> In-clinic and\/or telemedicine appointments with our registered medical practitioners (RMPs).<br><strong>Communications:<\/strong> Appointment confirmations, reminders, and essential service messages by SMS\/WhatsApp\/email\/calls.<br><strong>Coordination (optional):<\/strong> If you request, we may coordinate with diagnostics, imaging, or pharmacy partners.<br><strong>Website information:<\/strong> Health information on our site is for general education only and is <strong>not<\/strong> a substitute for professional medical advice tailored to you.<br><br>4) Telemedicine<br>We may verify identities of patient and RMP and record your explicit consent (click\/text\/voice) for teleconsultation.<br>Teleconsultations have inherent limitations (connectivity, inability to perform physical examination). The RMP may advise in-person follow-up, tests, or referral when clinically indicated.<br>You agree to share accurate medical history, current medications, allergies, and reports, and to follow post-consultation instructions.<br><br>5) Bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations<br>Appointments are available on a first-come basis. Slots may change or be cancelled due to clinical exigencies; we will try to notify you promptly.<br>You may reschedule or cancel as per our <strong>{{CANCELLATION_WINDOW}}<\/strong> policy.<br><strong>No-show\/late cancellation<\/strong> charges may apply as displayed at booking time.<br><br>6) Fees, payments, and invoices<br>Fees are shown at the time of booking\/visit and may vary by service type, duration, or specialization.<br>Payments may be processed by third-party gateways (e.g., UPI\/cards\/net-banking). We do not store full card\/UPI credentials on our servers.<br>Invoices\/receipts will be provided digitally or in-clinic.<br>Refunds (if any) are governed by our <strong><a>Refund Policy<\/a><\/strong>.<br><br>7) Prescriptions, investigations &amp; referrals<br>Prescriptions are issued at the RMP\u2019s discretion and in accordance with applicable guidelines.<br>Certain medicines or investigations may require an in-person assessment or ID verification.<br>You are responsible for procuring medicines\/tests from lawful providers and for following usage\/test instructions.<br><br>8) Use of the website &amp; content<br>You may browse the site and use features as offered; you must not misuse the site (e.g., attempt to breach security, inject malware, or scrape content).<br>Educational content, articles, graphics, and logos are owned by <strong>{{CLINIC_NAME}}<\/strong> or licensors. Please read it carefully.<br><br>11) Prohibited conduct<br>You agree not to:<br>Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;<br>Upload or transmit harmful code;<br>Interfere with or disrupt the Services;<br>Use automated means to access the Services without permission;<br>Harass, abuse, or harm clinic personnel or other users;<br>Use the Services for unlawful purposes.<br><br>12) Disclaimers<br>Except for clinical care provided by our RMPs during appointments, the website and general health content are provided \u201cas is\u201d for information only and do <strong>not<\/strong> constitute medical advice.<br>We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or third-party platforms.<br>Clinical outcomes depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed.<br><br>13) Limitation of liability<br>To the maximum extent permitted by law, <strong>{{CLINIC_NAME}}<\/strong>, its doctors, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services or third-party platforms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
