You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to update it as needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any codes/links sent to you and for all activity under your access.
Emergencies: The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you need emergency care, call local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
3) Scope of services
Appointments: In-clinic and/or telemedicine appointments with our registered medical practitioners (RMPs).
Communications: Appointment confirmations, reminders, and essential service messages by SMS/WhatsApp/email/calls.
Coordination (optional): If you request, we may coordinate with diagnostics, imaging, or pharmacy partners.
Website information: Health information on our site is for general education only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice tailored to you.
4) Telemedicine
We may verify identities of patient and RMP and record your explicit consent (click/text/voice) for teleconsultation.
Teleconsultations have inherent limitations (connectivity, inability to perform physical examination). The RMP may advise in-person follow-up, tests, or referral when clinically indicated.
You agree to share accurate medical history, current medications, allergies, and reports, and to follow post-consultation instructions.
5) Bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
Appointments are available on a first-come basis. Slots may change or be cancelled due to clinical exigencies; we will try to notify you promptly.
You may reschedule or cancel as per our {{CANCELLATION_WINDOW}} policy.
No-show/late cancellation charges may apply as displayed at booking time.
6) Fees, payments, and invoices
Fees are shown at the time of booking/visit and may vary by service type, duration, or specialization.
Payments may be processed by third-party gateways (e.g., UPI/cards/net-banking). We do not store full card/UPI credentials on our servers.
Invoices/receipts will be provided digitally or in-clinic.
Refunds (if any) are governed by our Refund Policy.
7) Prescriptions, investigations & referrals
Prescriptions are issued at the RMP’s discretion and in accordance with applicable guidelines.
Certain medicines or investigations may require an in-person assessment or ID verification.
You are responsible for procuring medicines/tests from lawful providers and for following usage/test instructions.

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive essential service messages (e.g., confirmations, reminders, follow-ups).
For promotional updates/health education, we will seek consent where required; you can opt out anytime by replying STOP or via the link provided.
Do not share passwords, OTPs, or highly sensitive information over open chat.
10) Privacy & medical records
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal/medical data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Please read it carefully.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or third-party platforms.
Clinical outcomes depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed.

You agree to indemnify and hold {{CLINIC_NAME}} harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
15) Changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify these Terms or any part of the Services to reflect clinical, operational, or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Effective date.” We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is risk, misuse, or non-compliance.
